How to donate via your ADF pay

MCF is supported by generous free-will and tax-deductible donations. This enables MCF to be an instrument through which others in Defence are led to Christ, to equip, and support Christians in Defence, and to actively support the ministry of Christian Defence Chaplains. These funds enable us to run events, support a network of Bible study groups across ADF Bases and produce Defence specific resources.

Did you know that most employers, including Defence, are happy to arrange a direct debit from your pay to make things easier for you so you don’t need to update credit card details and the like? All you need to do is inform your Pay Office. All donations made to MCF-A are tax deductible.

At MCF-A we prefer ADF pay allotments as these make accounting easy, but we understand some of you prefer to setup a direct debit from your own financial institution. If that is you, account details are below. Please remember to include your last name and at least first initial so we can get you your tax receipt via your preferred email in July each year (please make sure you let the Office know your email address).

If you’d like to have your contribution taken out of your ADF pay allotments (or do a direct debit) please follow these steps:

Log into PMKeys Self Service

  • Click on Employee Self Service
  • Click on My Pay
  • Click on My ADF Pay
  • Click on ADF Banking Details
  • Click New

Select the first start date on the list

  • Click OK (You will be taken back to the banking details screen and there will be two sets of banking details)
  • Click Add (Underneath the top set – Future Banking Details)

Enter in the following details:

  • Bank: DBL
  • BSB Number: 833205
  • Account Number:  20380708
  • Account Name: Military Christian Fellowship of Australia
  • Net Pay Distributed to this account? – Leave unchecked
  • Priority: 5 (or whatever you choose – 1 is the highest)
  • Amount or Percent: You can only select one or the other
  • Click Save
