National Day of Prayer for Defence 2019

On and around Saturday 13th April 2019

You are still welcome to organise a time of prayer.

All who have a heart to pray for Defence are welcome to join in praying together. Groups will be meeting all across Australia either on the day or generally in the week preceding. Last year 22 groups were involved. Please get involved and uplift the Australian Defence Force to God. All welcome.

Good Shepherd Community Church Chisholm – Sunday 14th April @ 0930h Special focus on Australian Defence Organisation and families during worship service. All Welcome.

RAAF Base Williamtown – Informal Prayer Service 10th April @ 1140h in the Base Chapel.

Also a more formal community Prayer Service will be held in June. (Date TBC)

Some Australian personnel (Bases) on Deployment

Canada – Military Christian Fellowship of Canada have asked it members to pray for Australia as in the National Day of Prayer booklet.

India – Military Christian Ministry India will host a prayer event and also uphold Australia in it’s prayers using the National Day of Prayer booklet as a guide for both countries’ prayer needs.
